We don't hand you the software.
We run it for you.
Core, Pro and Scale give you the platform. Managed Implementation is a separate engagement — our team builds the agent's strategy, trains its knowledge, tests it against your real customer questions, and keeps it accurate every month. This is the path for businesses that want the outcome, not another dashboard to run.

Built for done-for-you, not do-it-yourself.
Managed Implementation is deliberately not for everyone. It's built for businesses that already have attention to convert and want it handled — not configured.
A strong fit if you
- Already have inbound traffic, ads, or customer inquiries
- Have a clear next step — booking, estimate, or handoff
- Want strategy and knowledge design handled, not self-built
- Need the agent kept current as pricing, offers, and policy change
- Have someone who can approve knowledge and escalation rules
Better served by self-serve first
- You want to configure and launch the agent yourself
- You're still validating whether AI conversation fits your business
- You have limited or no current traffic to convert
- You want to start smaller and grow into a managed engagement
Seven phases. One team running all of them.
This is the same deployment sequence behind every ConvoRev engagement — the difference is that we execute it, not you.
One setup. One monthly fee. No dashboards to learn.
Two line items — what it costs to build the system, and what it costs to keep it running and improving.
Implementation
- Discovery & strategy — journey mapping and outcome definition
- Knowledge build — collection, cleanup, and training
- Agent design — voice, boundaries, qualification logic
- Channel setup — configured to your systems
- Full testing — before the agent goes live
- Controlled launch — with active monitoring
Managed Service
- Ongoing optimization — real conversations reviewed and corrected
- Knowledge maintenance — updated as pricing, policy, or offers change
- Performance reporting — tied to qualified opportunities
- Support & account management — a team, not a ticket queue
- 2,500 monthly conversation credits — included in the fee
Managed means someone is watching it.
Human handoff, always
Your team can pause the agent, take over any conversation, and resume automation later. Sensitive situations escalate with full context attached.
Knowledge stays approved
The agent never invents pricing, policy, availability, or guarantees. Everything it says traces back to information you've approved.
No inflated promises
We report conversations, qualification, and handoffs honestly — distinguishing verified outcomes from directional signal.
Before you request a call
How is this different from the Core, Pro, or Scale plans?
Those plans give you direct access to the platform to configure yourself. Managed Implementation is a service — our team does the strategy, knowledge design, testing, and monthly optimization instead of you. Many managed clients run on Scale-level capacity underneath; the difference is who's operating it.
What happens if we go over 2,500 credits in a month?
We'll flag it during monthly reporting and scope additional capacity with you directly — no surprise overage charges. Usage patterns get more predictable after the first optimization cycle.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Engagements begin with a 90-day initial optimization period, since the first few weeks after launch are when the agent's knowledge and qualification logic improve the fastest. Terms beyond that are confirmed during your scoping call.
Do we have to replace our CRM, website, or calendar?
No. ConvoRev is built to work alongside the systems you already use whenever practical. Your CRM or operational platform stays the system of record — the agent is the conversation layer that feeds it.
What if we have little or no existing traffic?
Managed Implementation is strongest when you already have inbound traffic, advertising, or customer inquiries to convert. It's not designed to create demand from nothing — if that's your situation, let's talk about what to fix first.
Let's scope what your agent actually needs to do.
A scoping call is a fit conversation, not a sales pitch — we'll walk through your traffic, current tools, and the outcome you want before anything is built.
