No. $1,497 USD is a one-time Lead Finder access payment for your eligible account. There is no recurring charge for the feature itself. Running new searches uses account credits.
What happens when my 7-day trial ends?
If you upgrade, Lead Finder remains active in your eligible account and the 3,000 included credits are added to your balance. If you do not upgrade, access to running new Lead Finder searches ends with the trial; your other ConvoRev services continue unchanged.
What can I do with the 3,000 included credits?
The credits are added to your normal ConvoRev balance and may be used for Lead Finder searches, AI conversations or a combination of both. They are not restricted to Lead Finder.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your Lead Finder access remains unlocked, but you will need account credits to run additional searches. You can add more from your existing billing page whenever you need them.
Will every result include a decision-maker and verified email?
No. Coverage varies by business, market and industry. Businesses with a strong public website and professional presence tend to produce more complete results. Lead Finder clearly identifies when a named contact or verified email cannot be found.
Where does the business and contact information come from?
Lead Finder uses publicly available business information, including information published on company websites and other public professional sources. Available work emails may be checked for verification, but availability and accuracy can vary.
Does Lead Finder contact prospects for me?
No. Lead Finder discovers, organizes and exports potential prospects. Nothing is sent automatically. You decide who to contact, what to send and when to send it.
Am I responsible for outreach compliance?
Yes. Any outreach you choose to send remains subject to the anti-spam, privacy and marketing rules that apply to you and the recipient. Lead Finder does not provide legal approval for contacting a person or business.
Does this replace my ConvoRev managed service?
No. Lead Finder is an add-on to your existing eligible account. Your managed service, AI agents, campaigns and other account features continue as they do today.
Can I request a refund after upgrading?
If something is not working as expected, contact your ConvoRev account representative. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, consistent with other billing questions on your account.
Why is this offer limited to certain accounts?
Lead Finder is currently in beta, and this one-time upgrade is available only to eligible existing Pay-As-You-Go managed-service accounts. It is not part of the standard managed plan. Pricing, usage rates and future availability may change as the beta develops.
